Most orders (apparel, mugs, phone cases, and more) are shipped in 1-3 business days. Every few hours, an automated script picks up orders and lines them up for production. Once in the production queue, your order makes its way through our system and over to our printing warehouse. Once there, the item in the correct, style, size, and color will be selected off a shelf, have a bar code attached to it (this tells the operator which pallet sizes are PERFECT for your item so they get printed big and bold regardless how tiny or substantial your fit)... and boom, the design will be printed. After it is printed and dried, the shirt will be perfectly folded and put in an envelope ready for shipping. This process takes 1-3 business days.
NOTE: Blankets are are a whole new world. Our super plush fleece blankets are printed using a MASSIVE press. This process requires much more care, and takes a bit longer than most of the other items we have available. Blankets will ALWAYS be shipped separately due to the size and extra effort required.
Tumblers are etched with your chosen design using a fricken laser beam! These are always shipped separately as well as they are boxed and padded to ensure no damage during shipment.
Both Blankets, Mugs, and Tumblers cost CONSIDERABLY more than you'd think to ship, but we don't make that your concern. Our domestic flat shipping rates, and reasonable International rates will make your shopping decisions super easy. See next for details:
Standard domestic shipping costs $4.99 for all orders regardless of size or quantity. Domestic packages are bagged and delivered to either the local UPS or the USPS sorting facility. From there, packages are put on a truck and driven to a central location in your area and the package is handed off to the local USPS delivery team. Your package will be delivered to your doorstep or mailbox in 2-7 days by your local USPS postal carrier depending on distance from us - the West coast will see the longest delivery times. We do deliver to PO Boxes and APO addresses. For APO addresses, please allow 2-5 weeks for delivery, depending on your base location.
International shipping costs $8.95 for packages going nearly anywhere in the world! International packages are bagged and delivered to the International UPS sorting facility. From there, they are put on a plane, train or boat to their destination country. Once there, the package is processed through your country's customs department and handed off to the local postal service. Your package will be delivered to your doorstep, mailbox or local postal pickup office within approximately 2-3 weeks. Customs can delay delivery for an additional 1-2 weeks if they're overwhelmed or otherwise. Most often, I think you will find your package delivered closer to 2 weeks.
TARIFFS/CUSTOMS: Depending on the country, tariffs and customs charges may be applied. These are costs that we do not cover and will be due to your local post office before you can receive your package. To learn more, call your local post office.
BAD ADDRESS: If the package is returned to us because of a bad address, we can resend it to your correct address for a $5 reshipment fee for US orders, or $10 for International.
NOTE: MIDDLE EASTERN COUNTRIES: Middle Eastern countries are in a tough situation - Customs in these countries can stop and hold packages for "offensive content" which is widely open to interpretation (Riyadh, SA is a notorious example).... If these packages are returned, we can reship them for you to an alternate location that is known to allow packages from Western countries... We'll do our best to get these to you, but please be patient. Occasionally, these countries have overwhelmed Customs agencies, and can delay packages many weeks. In most cases, we'll hold your order until we can bring these challenges to your attention.
