HOW ARE YOUR SHIRTS/ETC PRINTED?

All of our shirts, tanks, and hoodies are printed DTG.  Direct to Garment (DTG) is a process where a printer directly applies the ink onto the t-shirt with a special printer that prints the ink directly onto the garment with precision.  DTG printers use specialty inks which are absorbed by the fibers of the garment.

Blankets and mugs are printed using a process called dye sublimation.  This is a process where we prepare the art on a transfer medium, then using heat and pressure the art is transferred permanently INTO the target material.  The dye becomes a part of the product and as a result, is extremely durable.  This allows us to transfer high quality art onto products that would normally be impossible to print on using ordinary means.  Due to the extra time and effort involved, fleece blankets will always be produced and shipped separately from the rest of your order.

I JUST ORDERED A SHIRT. WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?

Our products are produced especially for you and are usually produced 1-3 business days after your order.  Once we ship, you'll receive an email with your tracking number (please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update once received).  W e'll keep you up to date throughout your order's journey!

Once shipped, it should reach you in a few days for United States deliveries - usually a bit longer to reach the west coast.  Outside of the US, it can take up to a few weeks. If you're not sure, enter your order number in the Order Status page or just email us.

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL...WHAT'S GOING ON?

Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.  If you email us but don't receive a response in a business day or two - this is highly uncharacteristic of us!  Our emails may be getting rejected by your email provider.  You can help ensure delivery by emailing us directly at support@thewalkingfans.com or by adding us to your contacts in the email client.  Leave a phone number if you'd like to be contacted by phone.

I ORDERED 2+ ITEMS, WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE ONE? 

Because your items are produced upon demand, we ship them out as soon as they are ready!  This means you may receive each item separately.  Blankets can take a little longer to produce and are always shipped seperately.  Don't worry, the rest of your order is on the way and will be close behind.  You are not charged extra for shipping when orders are split.

OH NO, I MESSED UP MY ORDER! CAN I CHANGE IT? 

If this happens to you, please email us as soon as you can and we should be able care of it. However, as all of our shirts and most other products are printed on demand, we usually start immediately after you order and may ship out the same day. If your order has already entered production or shipped, we'll do our best to help you.  We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.  Just email us at support@thewalkingfans.com with as much detail as you can provide.

WHAT’S YOUR REFUND/RETURN POLICY?

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT / WRONG ITEM: If there’s ever anything wrong with your order (defective product, wrong shirt, etc.), please email us at support@thewalkingfans.com so we can rush you a replacement!  We'll need your order number or the email address you used to order (we may ask for a photo to identify the mistake so we can prevent it from happening again!).  

It's not common, but prints can be printed off-center, faded, or we might even accidentally pack the wrong item for you.  Know that we will always fix it - just contact us with the details including a photo:  support@thewalkingfans.com.

RETURNS:  Due to the fact that we make your order just for you, we only issue Store Credit for returns of non-defective products.  It is very important that you read the description of each item before you place your order. There is a sizing chart available on site to help you choose your correct size. It is also of equal importance that you provide us with your correct information before you finalize your order.

If you wish to make a correction on your order, please contact customer service As Soon As Possible.  If you contact us within a few hours, we will still be able to make your requested amendments before it enters the production queue.

Every order is produced just for you, and we do not hold inventory (everything you receive is fresh and new).  On the other hand, we will make sure you get what you ordered!  If your items are not, in any way, as listed please contact us immediately.  In the instance of our error, you do not have to return the item

EXCHANGES: We cannot exchange mugs, blankets, or tumblers.  Apparel is exchanged on a case-by-case basis - give us a shout, and we'll make sure to take care of you!  We urge you to use our accurate sizing charts to ensure you order the right size for you.  If you need an exchange, email us at support@thewalkingfans.com

Please DO NOT send your items back to us without contacting us first.  Please give us a chance to help you and identify the most efficient and effective way to resolve your issue.

We print on soft and true-to-size pre-shrunk cotton and poly/cotton blends from Gildan, Next Level, American Apparel and Bella.  We're adding other items soon including V-Necks, bags, hats, blankets, canvas art, etc soon!

Whenever you see these styles, you are getting:

  • "T-Shirt"  - 100% preshrunk cotton t-shirt, unisex fit
  • "Premium Ringspun T-Shirt" - Extremely soft ringspun cotton t-shirt, FITTED cut
  • "Women's Ringspun T-Shirt" - Extremely soft ringspun cotton t-shirt, FITTED cut
  • "Pullover" - 50/50 cotton/polyester blend, heavyweight (8oz+), fits true to size.
